No Coast Hardcore first set sail in 2000, leaving a trail of `Broken Bottles and Broken Strings' in its' wake. Original members Peter McLeod(lead vocals), and Andy Wilkie(bass) have voyaged many courses and strengthened the crew along the way. Chris Holley from the Blotto Boys proved his worthiness and joined No Coast in 2001. The following year introduced guitarist Denis Komili from the Amazing Larrys with a breadth of experience from the lengthy list of Calgary bands he's destroyed with. That same year welcomed drummer Ian Manhire from Ottawa 's Alter Egos to march the crew on deck. Finally, Aaron Taylor from the University Pipes and Drums jumped on-board No Coast Hardcore with his bagpipes under his arm.
"So fire the pipes and raise the flag.........No Coast Hardcore has arrived!"
